Wheat flakes- 50gm
Apple – peeled and grated – 1no
Low Fat or Skim Fruit Yogurt- 500gm
Mango – peeled and cut into strips – 1no
Passion fruit – pulp of 2
Flaked almonds, toasted – 11/2 tsp
