1 cup tomato sauce
3 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T vinegar
1 t liquid smoke
3 pkts Splenda

Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat for 10 min.
Total: 23 carbs (20 NET carbs)

1/2 t guar gum (thickening agent, found in health food store)
