Tread!
I tried a new fitness class at my gym last night. It’s not new to my gym just new to me. I hadn’t tried it before. I have wanted to try it for some time but then I got pregnant so I waited.
Tread is done on a treadmill. An instructor advises you on the intensity level and the elevation level of the machine. Then you walk, run, shuffle and so on at different speeds and elevations until its over. My heart rate was way up there and I loved it. It was intense and it kicked my butt (which is something I like in an exercise class!). It was really fun and I know I burned a ton of calories. If that won’t help me to lose some baby fat then nothing will!
The moral of this story is…. try new things, go to a new class at the gym, experiment and investigate many fitness opportunities, you just might find something you love!
