Thanksgiving is more than just a day to “pig out”. Even though most of us will be doing plenty of that anyway. But Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful and grateful for the great things you have in your life.

Research has proven that optimists are healthier and that being grateful and counting your blessings improves your health.

So rather than just eat tomorrow, spend some time, reflect on your blessings and be thankful!
