Fighting The Root Cause Of Acne

For most people, seeking the best solution for acne is a quest with no end. It comes with an endless string of “new and improved” items released every single year, each promising to be better, faster, and easier to use than whatever you’re using now. Why, it is so great that its creator is going to spend an incredible number of dollars in advertising and marketing to tell all of you about it. I am talking about, if it is on television, then it must be true…correct?

Well, I am quite sure that those items will do particularly as their makers claim. The thing is, most of them are not the most effective treatment for acne simply because are treating the results of the problem, not the main cause!

Acne pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads form because it comes with an overload occurring in your body. During your teenage years, it is usually the flaming hormones of teenage years that cause your outbreaks. When acne goes on into your adult years, the most likely cause is your body’s low tolerance for the toxins and chemicals that are present in our daily environment.

Either way, the best solution for acne isn’t simply treating the blackheads and pimples that have formed on your pores and skin. These treatments are, at best, just a short-term solution. They may, indeed, clear your skin, but they do nothing to address the root cause of your problem.

Getting to the root cause of teenage acne is problematic, because your body is creating its own hormone overload. There is really no way to switch off the origin of the hormones, but it is possible to prevent even more hormones from getting into your body from your food.

A good example of this is milk and dairy products. That glass of milk that you had with your breakfast this morning included over fifty nine different hormones from the cow, and even more hormones from the steroids that were given to the cow to promote milk production. Having dairy products while suffering from teenage acne is just throwing fuel on an already raging fire!

And, that’s just one example!

Sad to say, it only gets worse for those with adult acne. Your body’s low tolerance for foreign toxins means you have to guard not only against consuming foods laced with hormones, but find ways to get rid of other toxins from your body, as well. And, when you consider that we now have currently over 9000 man-made chemicals in apply, you can see why it’s no easy task.

These chemicals are everywhere in your environment. They keep your clothes from forming wrinkles, keep your colors bright, eliminate body odor, and have thousands of other uses. In such a modern world, there’s just no way of preventing coming into contact with them.

For those that suffer with adult acne, the worst offender (by far!) is processed foods. The harmful chemicals that are used to keep these foods fresh and pretty can play havoc with your internal balance and trigger the formation of acne pimples.

With all of these things in mind, you can observe why the best solution for acne must include something greater than a simple acne skin treatment. Without addressing the main causes of the disease, you’re condemned to suffering outbreaks throughout your life.

I published an acne remedy article on the purehandmadesoap.com website that looks at all this in a lot more detail. You’ll also understand about a solution for acne that addresses both the external and internal facets of your problem by using homemade soap. It is done wonders for me, and I’d wager that it will help you, also. You can even make your own formula by learning soap making and organic handmade soap.
