Even when we have successfully survived exhausting weight loss plan, what we do at the end for the celebration of our victory? And that is a real problem, I think. Of course, it is great that our inner processes are at the automatic pilot. But we start paying attention to it the first time we face any difficulty called health disorders. Look here. To shed weight we try starvation forgetting about the needs of our body. We make it so miserable and exhausted that our metabolism just begins working against us. And this is the time when we start thinking of the doctors and any measures to eliminate the problem.

Admittedly, the most commonly met answer at the psychologist’s room about the weight loss failures is the lack of patience whit is essential for the permanent weight loss. Of course, there might be a situation when we have a bet with the friend and would like to shed weight as quick as possible. Undoubtedly, it is possible to lose weight in such manner without any attention to the health factor and body needs. The point, however, is that such result can be kept only for few weeks, and then you will be unable to keep your weight off. The situation can be even worse than before. You may ask what the gradual weight loss gives us. Well, the thing is that with the gradual reduction our organisms adjusts to the changes and can put up with them what does not later result in the fast weight gain, actually. Finally, we cannot reprogram our own perception of the process. You must understand that belief does possess the power. The point is that in order to reach something new and to become different, we must think differently. That is why we are advisable to believe in what we are dealing with. Otherwise, you are going to waste you time, only.
