Sleep……
Why did it ever become okay to miss sleep? In our work-obsessed society we tend to admire those who say they can get by on 2 or 3 hours sleep. Then they have more time to work, of course.
But people who don’t get their 7-8 hours of good shut-eye are compromising their health. And even the health of others in the case of sleep deprived driving. 7-8 hours is considered the norm but some may require more, some may require less, but we all need to have that rejuvenating slumber time to function at our optimum and to maintain good health.
So honor your body and your life and commit to getting your sleep. Your life will be better for it.
