Before you can combat fatigue you need to find out why your fatigued.
- Are you getting enough sleep?
- Is your nutrition sufficient?
- Are you stressed about something?
- Are you exercising?
Once you find the cause of your fatigue you can overcome it. Make sure your diet is giving your body the nutrition it needs. Make sure you are getting 7 to 8 hours of sound sleep each night. If you are stressed about something you need to find a way to eliminate the stress it is causing from your life. Find ways to relax. You could try meditation. You could try a new hobby. Just taking your mind off the stress helps.
Lastly, don’t neglect physical exercise. Tired or not, get out in the
fresh air every day. Walking is the minimum effort necessary for
staying in shape.
