What do we know about water?

Our bodies are about 90% (or something like that!) water.
Everybody needs it, and should drink a lot every day.
It helps us lose weight.
It aids in digestion.
It lubricates our joints.
It helps our skin look younger.
and on and on and on…..

It’s really hard to remember and to consciously drink as much as we should which some experts claim is as much as 64+ ounces a day……

So here’s a tip…
Use a straw!!!
Very easy! Easy to gulp down a lot more at a time! Therefore you get more water!!
Problem almost solved. Now you just have to slow down long enough to remember to do it!
