Namaste

10222 01Namaste-The Spirit in me bows to the Spirit in you.

If you have taken any yoga classes, you are likely familiar with the word. At the end of almost every yoga class participants place their hands together at the heart chakra, close the eyes and bow the head. Namaste.

Yoga offers many different benefits than the typical exercise or workout. If you’re looking for a weight loss, muscle building, hard-core cardio workout or any variation thereof, Yoga is not the answer. If you are looking for balance, flexibility, and simultaneous work on body, mind and spirit, Yoga is an answer.

I read a recent article about practicing Yoga that said that Yoga helps you find “the still, quiet place inside of you that is eternally happy.”

I agree.

Yoga along with some Pranayama can cure so many diseases. Because they have a keen relation between body and mind. There are so many critical diseases that can be cured only by practicing yoga with the help of an expert. According to Indian culture we can see there is a deep relationship between yoga and ayurveda that can give us a healthy mind and body.
