Dieting but Gaining Weight?
Dieting but gaining weight–not a good place to be! Trying to lose weight but not having success is frustrating!
But it happens!
Take an honest look at what you are doing. Keep a food diary. Measure your portions. Eliminate sugars and white products such as white bread or anything made with white flour. Increase your exercise levels. Be diligent for a couple of weeks and see what happens. If you still haven’t lost any weight and it appears that you are doing everything right see your doctor. There are medical problems that can cause weight gain. One of the most common is an underactive thyroid gland. There are even medications you can take that can help.
But try everything else first. Be honest with yourself about your diet and exercise.
But above all, Don’t lose hope. You can reach your goals!
