And just how many different gadgets for ab workouts do they sell on informercials? And of course, every one claims to be the Best Ab Workout!

Well, the best ab workout is the one that you will do consistently and the one that produces results for you! Not results for the muscle head or fitness model that works out at your gym but for You! The best part about that is you define the results. Figure out a workout that you will do consistently and measure your results, test and see if it works for you.

And I am going back to the basic rule of great Abs. Abs are built in the kitchen not in the gym. You can have the most wonderful ab muscles in the world but if you can’t see them because of the layer of fat on top, you won’t even know it. Diet is crucial when it comes to building great abs. Remember that!
