There are a ton of “Free workout routines” that you can find on the Internet. If you are not wanting to take the time to design your own program or if you really don’t have a clue on how to design a workout routine. Many of them have a hitch though-Join this, buy that- you know the drill.

If you really don’t have a clue about how to design a workout routine or even what to do for a workout routine one of the best things you can do is to educate yourself. Learn about weight training or pilates or running or whatever your interest is. There are a ton of books available on any subject and believe me I have read many of them. Many of them you could just get at the library. If you need some advice on which books may be the best for whatever leave me a comment, I would be happy to tell you of some of the most informative books about your fitness questions. (Like I said I have read most of them–I know we’re all “geeks” in our own way!)

But really, it’s a good idea to get some knowledge of your own before heading to the gym. You’ll definitely feel more empowered than if you just depend upon a trainer. And smarter, too! Then if you do get some Free Workout Routines, you’ll know what they’re talking about!
