I’m beginning to think that Arizona has the right idea. They don’t subscribe to daylight savings time. Their clocks stay the same.

I haven’t adjusted yet. I know it has only been a few days but I feel like I have lost an hour. All day long I have an idea of what time it is and I am shocked and panicked when I look and it is really an hour later.
I usually get up at 4:30 to be at the gym by 5:15 or 5:30. (yeah, I’m a morning person- it has to be a really good movie for me to stay awake!) I feed the baby, get dressed and drive 6 minutes and I’m there. But this week the time change has really thrown me for a loop. Tuesday I went but I was late (which was really kind of fun, you know new faces and all) but today I didn’t make it at all. Got up too late, too much to do, workout didn’t get done. The time change may not even be a good excuse but its the best I have!

I read somewhere that someone said they felt hungover with the spring time change. Apparently I am not the only one who struggles to adjust. A few more days and hopefully I’ll get to the point where I think it is noon and I look and it is noon not 1:00!
