I came across an interesting website today. whfoods.org is a site devoted to the “World’s Healthiest” foods. It has some greeat information about healthy foods, eating healthy and cooking healthy.
This website is not about some crazy diet that they want to sell you. Nor does it have references to strange and exotic things that you may have never heard of and would have no clue where to buy, but rather real, healthy, whole foods that you can find in any supermarket in America. Its not promoting vegetarianism or Atkins or anything in between but it has tons of great information about scientific studies and evidence of how food can help us maintain our health.
